Jet Set Club, formerly a popular nightclub in Santo Domingo, was known for its live music, particularly merengue and salsa, and its vibrant atmosphere. It was a venue that attracted both locals and tourists for its lively Monday night concerts. The club, which was originally a movie theater before being converted into a nightclub, had a two-story design with a large dance floor and stage. In April 2025, a roof collapse at the club resulted in numerous casualties.
